Mainly positive... staff are all great although I would like to see them in the weight area more to help spot with the heavier weights... members don't always feel comfortable with the heavier weights and I feel it's part of the PT's role to assist... coming away from the weights to reception to ask usually means the vibe and head space is lost!!

Great range of equipment to hit every muscle group... plenty of mats to stretch and cardio equipment is also on point.

Well structured building and space. Equipment are well maintained and is always available whenever you walk in. Staffs are always present and good customer service. Keep it up the great job 👍🏼

Very nice venue, has good well maintained equipment and friendly staff. Changing facilities are clean and tidy. Nice to have a cafe in the centre. The surrounding country park is a bonus.

This place makes me feel like exercising is just a natural part of life - the gym has a good vibe, the equipment is fab, it feels welcome, the noise levels and screens are not too overwhelming (important to me), and I look forward to going. The people on reception are always responsive and extend a warm and friendly welcome.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Facilities great and classes excellent!

Big mistake of mine to sign up

I give one star as people who I spoke with at the till to sign up for membership were very polite and gave me a good impression. Unfortunately, nothing else went as well.
Working hours were extremely limited to short morning and short evening window.
Hygiene was absolutely abandoned - there was not a single sanitiser, there are no bathrooms, you can't even go to toilet or wash your hands, as the only toilet was sealed off the whole time.
I emailed them once and I got a response in the lines of "Everything is fine, what are you complaining about", then I asked for cancellation and got no response at all, so I had to cancel the direct debit to make sure this doesn't continue.
I still receive their 25% off first month offer in my email and it makes me laugh. Good sense of humour.
