I would like to thank Holly for the excellent service she provided. I think she went over and above her care in reassuring me during the recent bad weather, not to worry and lose sleep about collecting the car during the snow. She was there when I arrived to collect it the following week, and did everything to help organising the personal number plate switch. She deserves a huge pat on the back.
