Upgraded and saved money!
Upgraded our coffee machine recently and Jules was very patient with us and all our changes to the specification. The install went fine and everyone loves the new machine and we have saved money as well!

DPD delivery fails, day after day
We placed are usual order for coffee, tea, hot chocolate and milk powder. DPD delivered half the order and claimed that we rejected the other half. I chased this up and was told that they would make every effort to come back on Friday(never did). Rescheduled for Monday delivery. Chased again as DPD claimed that there was no one in to take the delivery via email, yet we are open from 8.30 to 18.00. Tuesday, the same message from DPD, No One In to take the delivery. They are really letting down Liquidline. Allegedly, they are going to attempt again on Wednesday. We`ve only been in the town for 51 years, so hopefully they can find the office on the forth try. We have been using Liquidline now for two years and across the group. DPD have massively let you down as a business and are near on incompetent and definite liars. Liquidline are trying to rectify the situation on a daily basis.

Liquidline Ipswich delivered my order within 24 hours of my placing it via their website. This is excellent service and gives me confidence that I can order consumables for our coffee machine on a 'just in time' basis, knowing that the goods will be delivered promptly.
