Locauto Group - Catania San Giuseppe La Rena Reviews

Gianluca & Fabrizio provide an amazing customer service.
Attention to details & great communication.
My 3rd time this year and they have been awesome.
I look forward to rent from them again.
Grazie mille

Loved it! No hassle, no worries!

Everything was great. Good staff. No problems with returning. Got better car then ordered

Smoothly, amicably, and straightforwardly.
Thank you.

Once again an absolutely positive experience with Locauto at Catania Airport San Giuseppe La Rena.
Their service priced being consistently punctual, seamless, easy and completely stress-free. Starting with the location that’s extremely convenient as close to the airport terminal making both pick-up and drop-off quick and hassle-free! The entire process from check-in to check-out has been smooth and efficient with clear, essential explanations and info sharing.
The vehicles are always up to expectations with modern, clean and practically new cars that make the whole experience even better!
A special mention and my sincere appreciation goes to Gianluca who once again provided exceptional service: professional, friendly, efficient and genuinely helpful!
Locauto continues to be my go-to choice whenever I need to rent a car in Catania. Again highly recommended!

Very easy and smooth check in and check out, everything is clean, great car, all and all - great experience

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Both the pick-up and the drop-off processes were incredibly fast and easy, the quickest and most convenient car rental experience we've had anywhere in Europe.

The car was in excellent condition, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. There were no issues, no unexpected charges, and none of the hassle we've experienced with other rental companies.

We'll definitely choose them again the next time we rent a car in Italy. Highly recommended!

Well, this was the first time for me to rent a car in Italy and from the stories I heard, was a bit skeptical about the whole thing. However, it turned out to be a fantastic experience from booking the car, taking the keys and returning in a different city for a fee equaling approximately another day of renting the vehicle. Great car, everything worked as needed and shown, friendly staff. Will definitely be renting from them in the future.

Everything was good, the car was in good condition and everything went just fine. I recommend.

Excellent service. The pickup and drop-off of the car were smooth and quick. The car was new with low mileage.

Everything was as agreed.

Good company and good service. We rented a Peugeot 208, and they gave me a new car with only 2,300 km. It was already a little scratched. Overall, everything went well. I would recommend this company for future use.

Great experience overall, from start to finish. Great, fast, without any doubt or concern. I will highly recommend to everyone!

Everything went fast and well, the staff was friendly and efficient

Very Welcoming

Great service and quality care. Best service I've experienced hiring staff car in Europe. Staff excellent and language not a problem 👌
Via S Giuseppe Alla Rena, 19 D Catania

Excellent service, very friendly staff and a correct price. We received a brandnew rental car (only 200 km on the teller) which was in mint condition. As well the pick-up as the return procedures were fluent and efficient. No complaints whatsoever.

PERFECT
I truly recommend:)

Good experience as always!
