The tyre deflated gradually from the beginning of the rental. I called Locauto and they told me to repair the tyre and I would get the money back later but now the company says they won't. For €25...just beggars and ridiculous. Also the car was a downgrade, instead a Volkswagen T-Roc they gave me an ugly Ford. Never again.
UPDATE: As you can see Locauto team replied to my review but they still haven't got in touch. I guess they reply similar messages to all unsatisfied customers in order to look active to other customers reading the reviews.

More than we expected
Everything was okey with the car, we got a newer than we expected. When we gave back the car, they took us to the airport without asking. It was really helpful and a nice gesture.

It was an easy rental
It was an easy rental. Great car. Didn’t like the hidden costs of excess on an accident or hard sell at rental desk.

Great service. I needed a car a day earlier than I had a reservation, no problem. Returning the car in a different place than I was supposed to give it back, no problem. In addition, I got a bigger car than I booked!

Locauto in Catania, Sicily was very professional, accommodating and helpful. Collection and delivery of the car was efficient and without any problems. Very good customer service.
