Very good as it turned out. Initially tried to put us into a car that wasn't equivalent in our eyes (small estate rather than SUV) having booked well in advance, but when we resisted, were offered Skoda Karoq which was perfect. That's the only reason for 4 rather than 5-star rating. No hassles on return, and assuming nothing comes up down the track, very happy with the whole hire and return process. All staff encountered were courteous and helpful.

Excellent service from a local car rental company. This location was a little tricky to get to (pickup from the Catania airport might be easier), but once we did the collection and return to a different pickup location was smooth.

We arrived at our pick up spot, the service was immediate. The guys at the front desk were friendly and gave us all the info we needed! We paid and they gave us both the receipt and a file with all previous scratches to the car so that we know. Everything was great! And when we returned the car, it was quick and easy! They checked the fuel and any possible new damages according to the file and we left!

The car that we got was exactly the one that we had ordered which is always a good thing.
The guys at both Catania and Palermo were incredibly helpful and did not try to upsell us or anything.

Renting a car from Locauto was a straightforward process. All the terms were clear, all went smoothly.
The car was in great condition (we rented a Seat Ibiza with only 10,000 km) and had all the necessary safety/legal things in order.
The requirements upon check-in were stated to us clearly - that we hand it back clean and with a full tank of gas.
The guy even encouraged me to take pictures of the car before taking it to ensure all the pre-existing scratches were accounted for.
I highly recommend Locauto, as the team is very professional, straightforward and helpful throughout the process. Their prices are relatively lower than competitors, considering how great everything is.

Everything just perfect

I was excited to see that rules were crystal clear. No paperwork, all tablet-screened, No hidden cost. Simple and beautiful set up with newest cars and caring assistants.
Only Delay charges need to be restructured to a "company win-client not lose" balance:-)

I’m very satisfied with my experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we accidentally booked the city location, they allowed us to return the car directly at the airport without any issues. The team went out of their way to accommodate us. I’ll definitely always book with them in the future!
