Everything goes pretty well in Catania office. I couldn't wait too long for service, unlike at Palermo office. I have to go Catania office because they forget to place payment in Palermo.

get the paper done in a few minutes, also we did some upgrades to the original order and all was smooth.
Car the we got was in great condition (new) and clean
The return was fast and easy in airport
One disadvantage of the pick up in city location is hard to access via public transportation (walk a few kilometres) from bus station

The car was ok
The car was ok, new, very economic. No problems with it. Our only question was the fact that we have rented the car in rentalcars.com. I informed then that we would give the car back in a different city, in case, Palermo, and they gave me the price that we thought would be definitive. Much to our surprise, we were charged in Locauto/Catania an extra 119,85 euros, with the explanation that the charge was due since the place of drop off waaa different. It shoud have been informed when I rented it. It’s a huge fail in comunication with the client. We shoud get this money back.
