VW Caravelle was very expensive and…
VW Caravelle was very expensive and lots of damage to both interior and exterior..... very messy vehicle. After service poor - I arranged the expensive service for my sunglasses to be shipped to UK after being left in the vehicle asking for them to be protected and the best they could do was wrap in a paper sandwich bag resulting in broken sunglasses. Very disappointed after spending several hundred pounds on this rental. I would never use this company again.... avoid!!
In response to your response - the only way you could help is by reimbursing the cost of my Oakley sunglasses you so poorly packaged at my high expense. 200 Euro should cover it!

Garda to Rome
Ordered Jeep renegade (or similar) received Fiat 500x. Smaller than anticipated & with no sat nav. Usb charging port was also faulty. Experience with staff was excellent.

A little snafu in the beginning but wonderful agent and satisfaction beyond expectations!
We had ordered up a class of car to equal the VW T-Roc but got a Fiat 500. The two of us picked up our spouses and luggage with this vehicle and there was no way that this was going to work. We took it back and although the office was to be closed we found our agent there and she was fantastic. She and the other employee got us into a station wagon that worked out great for an extra $18/day. We also requested that we drop the car off in Sesto San Giovanni as we were headed there after Garda. She accommodated that for another $77. Further, we decided that this car was working out so great for us that we wanted to extend the rental for the rest of our stay of 2 more days and drop off at Milan airport. She was so easy to work with and made this happen for us, to our delight at no extra cost (I believe it was already paid for within the plan we bought) resulting in high fives for everyone in the office.

I don't recommend it.
I don't recommend it. We received a car that, after driving 200 km, displayed a message about low oil level. It was late Sunday evening when we were on our way to the hotel. In Italy, buying oil on Sunday, late in the evening, is almost impossible. Even assistance turned out to be unhelpful. They offered to tow the car to the nearest base (about 70 km from our hotel) and continue the journey by taxi... I do not recommend it!
