It was a Great Problem to Book the car.
Because there are It Problems. I Need a least 1,5 hours.

Than i get a Mail at 8;00 am that i can Get the car Not at 10 a clock I can come Only at 14 a clock.

I book a small car because i want to Go in the old Italian towns. I get a big car.

O rented a Jeep Renegade because Locauto said it fitted 3 large bags in the trunk. On pick up, I received a different car with much less space for my luggage. I had to lower the back seat and leave the two suitcases I had exposed, which I didn’t want to do for the risk of theft. When I complained, I heard it was on the same category and end of story.
My return, at Desenzano del Garda was intended to be on a Sunday, after used the car during the weekend. But the return point is close on Sundays. So, I planned to return in on Saturday evening, but the shop closed on noon. Therefore, I had to return the car on Friday, the same day I picked it up. If you had a drop box there, for the keys, I would have rented the car for three day, instead of one and not being able to keep in for 24 h.

The extra star is only because of the unforeseen weather conditions, which were partly responsible for the chaos but do not excuse the bad communication (no phone call or message to say that no cars were available), the extra fees charged without informing us beforehand (e.g. refuelling service), and the unfriendly treatment we received at the airport drop-off center.

Really helpful and friendly staff who even booked a taxi for us when we dropped off the cars. Happy to recommend.

Unfortunately got a flat tyre which is an easy fix right? Wrong, not with this company. No spare tyre in the car and took 24 hours of them telling me they would be there in 30 mins to an hour to finally get it fixed. Communication throughout was awful to say the least and led to us spending our only day, in a certain location that we had been looking forward to, in the car waiting for a tow that never came.
Customer service has also so far been useless. Would pay much more to use a different company in future.
