The staff were lovely and very helpful. The online booking was seamless and all options were clearly detailed.
Our car choice was upgraded at no extra charge and the car was clean and looked quite new.
Would highly recommend.

Gave us a car that was faulty and then charged us for damage to the car without any explanation about what it was for. And have now gone silent and not responding to emails requesting further information on what the supposed damage is.

Very helpful and professional
Easy to get a quote also paperwork easy to do and quick. Car clean and felt brand-new. The 2 or 3 people I interacted with were very good and are very good english speakers. They were also very engaging and helpful regarding the areas/places locally and around lake Garda.

Excellent car and service
We needed a rental car at very short notice after our car broke down on the motorway. I was extremely impressed not only how quickly everything was arranged, but how friendly everyone in the office was. The car was perfect and the price at such short notice, too. Thank you!

Easy process but dirty car.
The process was smooth and easy. An area for improvement would be the cleanliness and condition of the car. It was dirty on the exterior and had many documented blemishes. At 53000 kms, perhaps it’s time to retire.
