The representative in fumancino was very helpful and friendly

Having rented from numerous car rental companies in Italy, I found Locauto the best to deal with. The only complaint that I have, was that i had purchased additional insurance coverage from the broker but Locauto were quite insistent that I should in addition buy there insurance despite the broker stating in the contract , that the insurance that i had bought should be all that I required.

Autoloco truly delivers world-class service! The team is always helpful and knowledgeable. A special shoutout to Filippo at Rome Fiumicino Airport—he was fantastic to work with and made sure we got a great car for our trip.

My only "disappointment" was that all my luggage forced us into a practical German BMW instead of a sleek Ferrari... ;) Next time! Highly recommended!

The pickup experience was smooth and welcoming, with a friendly reception. We appreciated the option to fill in details electronically beforehand, though the provided link didn’t work, which caused a minor delay.

At return, the staff’s attitude was unfortunately less positive—they seemed frustrated and unhelpful when addressing minor damage and insurance questions. With some improvement in communication and consistency in service, this could be a 5-star experience. Overall, a decent rental with room to refine the details.

I had a feeling when we rented the car that we were going to be accused of something. The first thing we were told was that it was a diesel car, which it wasn’t. If we hadn’t been paying attention, we would have filled it with the wrong fuel.

When we returned the car, the lady immediately claimed that we had replaced the right-hand tire and that it was not the original tire. She also looked underneath the car and claimed that we had caused a scratch underneath it. We know for a fact that we did not cause any damage.

Absolutely terrible company!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

If Booking.com is a serious company, they should remove this rental company from their platform!

I choose your company because of high customer points to you. But even I dropped the car as I took, I took a mail from your rome airport agent saying there is a led damage and wanting 1300 euro from me in 48 hours. But I have a photo I took when I dropped the car and showing that everthing is good.

Quick, simple, new cars.

Excellent service, no delays or problems with the paperwork. Check-in and check-out were quick and didn't interfere with other matters. The car was in good condition, although a little dirty. There were no issues with the car during the entire trip. The only issue was that the check-out instructions provided on the Fiumicino Airport (FCO) website didn't match the actual coordinates, and important information such as the parking lot building and floor was missing. We had to find out this information while driving through the airport area.

The car i picked was not available..was given a dirty full of scratches car with 40000kms at extra cost. Instead of a close replacement..Was told insurance that I bought on their app was a third party insurance..They sold me road side assistance instead of replacement of car in case of problem.. after an all night flight u expect a pleasant experience..

The company were really easy to deal with. They thoroughly explained everything to us and provided options that were cost effective and beneficial to us.

I had ordered a mid-sized van six months in advance, well before my arrival. However, on the day before my arrival, the rental office called me to inform me that the van I had ordered was unavailable. Instead, they “upgraded” me to a much larger van (H2L2), which was simply too big for my needs. While this situation was inconvenient, it was disappointing that I was not given any options to find an alternative when I was notified only a day before my arrival.

Order No. 730141133 I bought your service, "car rental", which included insurance for glass and tires. When delivering the car, the agent saw that there was a screw stuck in the tire and forced us to sign a "defect certificate", although tire damage was already included in the car rental price. When we arrived to rent the car, your employee told us to buy additional insurance against theft and accident for 280e. This is unfair, because such insurance for a "Panda" car costs only 60e. Therefore, we will insure ourselves with another insurance. The employees of "Locauto" at Fujimino Airport are dishonest.

A high-level rental service, very attentive to the customer. We received a car of a higher class than we ordered. The cars are in very good condition, practically new.
We had no problem dropping off the car at the other airport.
