Beware this company
Beware this company. Booked in the US through National Car Rental for pickup in Italy. They are not associated with National, Alamo or Enterprise. Only a partner in Italy. National/Enterprise will not/can not help you if you run into problems like I did. Your credit card company can file a dispute, but if Locauto disagrees, you are screwed. They have poor maintenance on their cars and this caused me multiple delays and problems on a recent trip to Italy. Now because I filed a dispute they have referred me for collections in Italy. Beware, use them at your own risk. There is no help in the US if anything goes wrong!

scam beware
if you arrive later due to your flight, they will say that the car is no longer there. the lady at the desk in Rome is very cold. they leave you without giving a car while already paid! TO WATCH OUT!!!!
