I had to work for what I got but the way your people treated me and did your utmost to please my needs was the great part of the experience as well as the personalized experience with you was great.

The vehicle was not as prommised but acceptable. Should have been detailed/cleaned better. Drop off was very efficient.

The rental process was quick and efficient. The staff was courteous, professional, helpful and efficient in collecting the vehicle as well as returning it.
One note for improvement, I ordered a Volkswagen Golf and got a Fiat.
The vehicle I received is not at the level of the Golf even though it is the same category. This detracts my customer experience.

The car was new, in good condition. Not the one in renting on-line aplication, but a good one. Some hidden taxes after you rent the car, but not so expensive. The price was fair, the services were fair.

Terrible car where the screen did not work. You plug in your phone for GPS and there was no connectivity. When I asked to change the car they tried to upsell me to a larger vehicle for more money. When I refused he simply said, "hold the phone, no problem". Excellent service, and that's exactly what we did, had the phone in the tray area propped up against the radio for the 3hr commute to and from. I would not recommend purely based on this experience.

Advise Locauto to everybody!

I have booked a car with reservation number 77176559-2023 for September 13, 2023 at 11.45pm. I had planned to pick up the car at Rome Fiumicino airport.

However, since the office closing time is 00:00, I called the office in advance to inform them of my lateness and that I would be willing to pay the late collection fee of 48 euros. Despite my repeated attempts to call the office from 11.45pm onwards, there was no response. When I finally arrived at the office at 12.05am, to my amazement, it was empty.

This situation left me very surprised and disappointed. I have rented cars from you several times in the past and none of my previous experiences ended in such a negative and unprofessional manner. It is a significant disrespect not to wait for a confirmed reservation. Furthermore, I had confirmed my arrival via emails and phone calls.

After the ordeal of rushing to your office and waiting almost an hour in the taxi queue with my baby.

It was easy to get the car and everything was good.

I have rented cars over 100 times throughout my life and never had a problem. This time I went through discoverscars and purchased the insurance too. The car was great but when I went to check out the lady asked if I changed a tire, which I did not do. She had me sign that I did not and said everything is good. Now I just got an email that there are $220Euros in damage. What a scam!!
