Unexpected Recharge and Missinformation
I called to inform i will give the car few hours later on the phone, the woman told me its fine cause i already payed for that, and when I gave the car, they made mempay an extra day for the time delayed… so i was misinformed and charged one extra day of rental for 3h delay.

While your rate did include a grace period of 2 extra hours, the vehicle was returned 3 hours beyond that allowance. All very fast, simple burocracy , friendly service. We we're only unsure about a little alarm symbol that was always on and we di not know what It was. Turned out tò be nothing and could simply have been turned off.

We would like to clarify that our staff provided you with correct information regarding the Italian highway system. The yellow lanes on the motorway (Autostrada) are strictly reserved for vehicles equipped with an electronic Telepass device. Since our vehicles do not come with this device installed by default—unless specifically purchased as an extra service—using the yellow lanes without it would result in toll evasion fines.
Please note that highways in Italy are toll roads, and usage fees are mandatory for all drivers. The toll costs are calculated based on the distance traveled and the specific routes taken during your trip.
