Matt provided a great service throughout, kept us informed of all options available and the progress of the offer. He was very patient and professional with all our questions - when the mortgage is up, we won’t hesitate to use him again!

He was very patient with me as solo first time buyer and shared so much knowledge and experience throughout the whole homebuying process. Very efficient with sorting out my mortgage and I really didn't have to worry about finances with his support. Highly recommend.

Cathy and Martin have been absolutely fantastic throughout the mortgage process - from initial contact through to getting an offer, they have guided me through the process, they are always incredibly responsive on both phone and email, and they take a really friendly, pragmatic approach to the whole thing. I have spoken to more mortgage brokers than I care to mention and the ones that you get 'recommended' by estate agents are so often difficult, inflexible, and require you to disclose every single piece of information about your life before they'll agree to help you. Cathy treated me like a human and it's always felt that she wanted the best for me, and she was willing to try different options to make things work. I have really appreciated their guidance, advice and polite, friendly manner.

Have had an absolute roller coaster of a journey in getting a mortgage, but James and Martin were absolutely incredible in finding not only the right mortgage for me, but being there for every little to big question, and through difficult processes when we did find a lender. Even when hitting brick walls James did not give up, and was so responsive and hard working in finally getting us our mortgage. Words don’t even express how thankful we are to the work done in getting us to this stage!

Martin and Cathy were absolutely brilliant. This was our first ever purchase so we didn't know too much about the mortgage process and they held our hands through the whole thing and made it really straightforward.

They knew which lenders to go for, and saved us hundreds of pounds midway through the process when they were able to switch us from Halifax to Santander just in time to get a cheaper mortgage rate, a few days before they went up again. If you're a first-time buyer, I couldn't recommend them enough

Martin and Cathy were a dream to liaise with. I personally baulk at anything financial or figure orientated and they held my hand and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The process was seamless and they definitely had my interest at heart. Highly recommend.

Despite the involvement of zero hours contracts, inexperienced buyers, endless daft questions, last minute panics etc. Martin and his team have been patient, wise and diligent in advising us, and ultimately, securing us the mortgage offer we needed at pretty short notice. They are friendly, informal, answer emails at silly times and always follow-up as you pass through each step of the process. It's a HARD recommend from us; we really couldn't have been served better !
