This is the worst line I could ever own because of what has happened to me I advise anyone that is supporting this network to stop because what has happened to me will happen to anyone else I have contacted the service for four days and they haven’t worked on my issue and it was monthly data for 20k right now I have managed to purchase another and they have used it as an excuse to say they have refunded yet it is was me who loaded another airtime
I’m so disappointed and I would like my money back but as far as I see it might not return lyca you’re the worst because what if I couldn’t afford another 20k when this data finishes I will throw away the line
I had an issue with my simcard and it was sorted very fast, also great customer care. The best 👌
Of recent the network has greatly improved in my area. I also like the bonus that comes when I renew before my expire date.
I'm going to acquire the mifi to improve my experience
I've been using Lyca Mobile UG for internet for a while. While the network can be slow in some areas, the customer service team, especially individuals like Miss Karungi Ronnate and Martha, are helpful and responsive. The service overall could improve with better speeds and wider coverage, but it has its positive aspects.
All Nice but what is left is the Data which Doesn't Expire ❤️

I have personally had a beautiful experience with Lyca mobile. Their services are affordable especially on data. However, try to expand on your existing network coverage in the country to save us from data sharks.

The service has generally been improving with the onboarding process taking less than 5 minutes for registration and activation. Hamidah in customer care is a very helpful advisor.
I've been with Lyca mobile internet customer for 18 months but unfortunately, I have had to look for other internet service provider packages.
1. Their network is too slow compared to other internet service providers, you can't watch anything on YouTube without frequent buffering
2. Make a mistake and purchase too much data and you are stuck. You can't share with other lyca numbers or use the data because the network is slow. Should you need solutions, the customer care is not pro customers and not helpful at all in finding solutions for customers. As long as the benefit is to lyca, the answer will be "sorry, we can't help".

This is to thank Pradeep. I sought help on a connection issue via Twitter. The initial response was quick and the issue was resolved. Unfortunately the glitch occurred again. Pradeep responded and availed himself over a week until I got it right. On all these occasions he was courteous, patient and extremely professional. Pradeep's responses were always timely and personalized which endeared me to Lycamobile as never before. In all Pradeep to me exemplifies ultimately what tech support should be and highlights Lycamobile's sophistication over other internet providers in Uganda.
