Absolutely brilliant we ordered two memorial benches with plaques, the customer service was excellent ensuring we got the text we wanted. The benches were delivered very quickly & excellent quality

Really great quality garden bench. Though made from coloured recycled plastic, it looks like real wood and is very sturdy. Easy to assemble from flat pack delivery. Nice colour too.

Very happy with my new bench and planters, have had a few people ask when they were purchased.

The Winawood Speyside bench is of excellent quality and easy to assemble. I would not hesitate to recommend it, however the delivery service from Maison and Garden was appalling.
In spite of the best efforts of Alison, and Ian at the warehouse, they were unable to complete the promised delivery in 3 to 5 working days. The bench arrived several days late and only 1 of 2 items delivered. The courier seemed to have lost it. Another was despatched by a different courier and that was a day late. M&G are letting themselves down by using second rate couriers.
They did provide a seat cushion as a goodwill gesture and that turned up late.
This poor service damages a reputation.

Easy to put together. Thinking about table to match. Would have preferred the cushion to have matched the colour of the bench. Tracking did not work but that was the fault of the delivery company.

The description of the composite planters and bench are a little misleading, they have quite a rough texture.
The assembly instructions aren’t good. It also says the planters have a built in drainage system, as the looked pretty solid at the base I tried pouring a small amount of water in to try it out, it drained very slowly, in heavy rain they would become waterlogged quickly. My order was also on an overnight delivery. My pallet was apparently left on the loading dock on a Friday and was finally collected on the following Tuesday after I’d repeatedly made calls and sent emails. The bench packaging was damaged and the cushion box very wet. Large box was transported upside down in spite of large arrows saying the correct way to store.
Overall disappointed with the quality for the price of products, customer service and delivery unsatisfactory.

Very helpful and informative on the phone with my enquiry prior to making my order, and the information about dispatch and swift delivery was excellent, as well as the courier company used.

The delivery man arrived a day before the agreed date without any warning. And then proceeded to drop off the massive bulk of furniture at the wrong address. Maison & Garden claimed it wasn’t their responsibility to ensure the correct delivery date was upheld, whilst the delivery man claimed he was only doing as he was told and that it would have been impossible to change the date. As a result I had to rush home from the train station and cancel a meeting just in time to catch him going to the incorrect address. The three stars are for the furniture, zero for communication between the supplier and their delivery service. Minus two for the supplier refusing to take any responsibility for their delivery mess up.

Very pleased with the quality

Ordered a garden bench from these guys, money taken straight way of course, then four days later we're told they will charge an extra £243 to deliver to Orkney. Our post code was clearly entered into their system and no extra charge was registered then. Odd a UK company seems unable to deliver to, er, the UK.

We were struggling to obtain this bench but M and G supplied and delivered to perfection. Would definitely buy from you again and recommend.
