Have had this matress a couple of years…
Have had this matress a couple of years and it now sags where I sleep. After reading reviews I see other people having same problem. Wish I'd read these reviews first.
DO NOT BUY,
Bought a double in Jan 2023, it sagged in the middle within 1 month. Mammoth not interested. Furniture village send an engineer to review dip, it was 2cm which they say is acceptable. 2.5cm would have got me a replacement. I'm now trying to get a second engineer that I will need to pay for because dip in the middle is much deeper and the foam so soft,. DO NOT BUY
Aura Lux
I brought a Mammoth Aura Lux at the begging of the year and I also brought 2 honeycomb hybrid slim pillows to go with it, 4 months in I am still loving this mattress and pillow.
The comfort of this mattress is second to none, keeps me cool at night, I actually look forward to going to bed at night knowing I'm going to get a great night sleep.
Great product
Great Customer experience - had a bad back for many years and went to try this in store, staff were extremely knowledgeable and it has really helped my sleep and back - thank you mammoth
Faulty matress
Bought a new Mammoth Mattress two years ago. It was deemed to be faulty by an independent evaluator. Mammoth do not want to honour there warranty as i did not register my mattress which i was not provided the information. Theres is no additional cost for this warranty. Tricks of the trade.
Never slept better
Never slept better. Didn't believe the hype about premium mattresses previously. But after starting to get backache I decided to do some proper research and Mammoth was the brand I decided to go with.
Been really impressed with the comfort and it doesn't get hot like I thought a foam mattress would.
The most disgusting mattress ever
We bought our new Mammoth mattress last September, after three months, yes three months, the mattress was collapsed and extremely uncomfortable. We have had to wait till the beginning of this month to get an independent check of the mattress. The expert said it was collapsed and faulty, yep we knew that! Today we have heard from the shop we bought the mattress from Mammoth are going to replace it with a different model, apparently all the Shine mattresses are being recalled, ours was a Shine, so obviously something seriously wrong there. Our previous mattress was a Mammoth, no problems with that at all lasted ten years, hence we bought the same make, big mistake. I just hope this new model lasts longer than three months as I don't want to go though all this again for a second time.

Mattress goes soft in a few years
Mattress goes soft in a few years, the 10 years warranty is not worth the paper or certificate it's written on. They send out a Engineer which cost further fifty pounds. They check mattress hight levels not considering it given you backache cause the medical foam losses its density and support. Then a few weeks later they only email to say nothing they can do. I would think twice before purchasing a Mommorh mattress, very poor customer service, no quick reply to your emails. No contact number. This issue has happened under the warranty timescale. I have had other mattress with latex for good blood circulation and support example "Highgrove" for over 15 year still good.
Am so disappointed in this mattress
Am so disappointed in this mattress. When I first bought it, it was the most comfortable firmness that allowed me to get the best nights sleep.
A few years later, you end up falling into a saggy memory of your body every time you get into it and I now have awful sleepless nights.
Because I only sleep on one side, I decided to move over to the side I have never slept on and the firmness that was from new put me back into the best nights sleep again. Sadly, this side is now following the same pattern.
Spending £1200 on a mattress and only lasting a few years - my old mattress was more comfortable even after 12 years of sleep.
Customer service ruining a good pillow
I bought a pillow from here around 2 years ago and it’s been great I still use it now so I tried to buy another one for my girlfriend as she struggled with neck pain.
I made this order just before Christmas on the 22nd, I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered before Christmas but when it got to the start of January and I still hadn’t received an item dispatched email I became concerned and reached out via email to which I was then told that my order would be dispatched when the team return from their Christmas break on the 8th January, I personally feel like I should I have been notified that the company closes down for 2 weeks over Christmas as this would have probably stopped me from ordering the product at the time I did. It came to the 9th January and I still hadn’t heard anything so I emailed again and then was told that the product I ordered had been discontinued but I could have their newer version instead but it turned out this new pillow wasn’t being released till the end of February or alternatively I could have a refund. As you could imagine I went for the refund option, I am writing this review 7 days after I was told that they would process a refund and notify me once it was done, as you can imagine I still have no refund nor have I had any further contact from the company. So to summarise this company; Didn’t notify they were closed for 2 weeks over Christmas, advertised and allowed purchase of a product that didn’t exist anymore, had terrible communication all round and longed out a refund (to which may never even come).
Don't believe the warranty hype
Don't believe the warranty hype. We paid a small fortune for one of their high end mattresses with a 10 year warranty. I wanted to claim as the the mattress failed miserable well within the warranty period. They want £50 from me to even start a claim and then at least another 20% of the mattress original cost. Avoid, avoid, avoid. They are useless.

Mattress is less than a year old. Spent £2650 on a super king 6000 pocket mattress. Loved it to start with however called out for an inspection as we couldn’t believe the deterioration in such a short amount of time.
I have MS and now struggle with pain and getting out of bed because of how soft this mattress has become. A confirmed 3cm sag on one side and other side feels just as soft. Apparently it’s not a manufacturing fault so nothing will be done about it. Absolutely pointless warranty despite being sold on it.
Please save your money and read the long term reviews. ‘Medical grade foam’ means nothing.
Not good - Our superking mattress is 15 months old…
Our superking mattress is 15 months old & has become very uncomfortable forming a huge lump in the middle , we paid £1800 in the sale thinking we got the best , I can assure you we have not .

Premium prices for ordinary products
We bought a king size mattress for ourselves and a double for adult son 5 years ago. We developed a ridge between my husband and myself after 2 years. The side wall on my side has collapsed. Both mattresses became decidedly uncomfortable after 4 years. My son has replaced his already and we have decided we have to change ours. Not good value for £1400 mattresses. A premium price for a very average mattress

Very comfortable for the first 3 years (approx). By year 5/6 the ridge in the middle is very noticeable. This became the only place supporting my back. Not a viable option when there’s two in the bed. 10 year guarantee doesn’t stand for much when it’s not technically a fault. I won’t buy memory foam again- the support doesn’t stand the rest of time.

As a previously happy owner of two Mammoth Mattresses I am very disappointed in Mammoth for letting me wait eight weeks before telling me that the mattress I had ordered is discontinued. The Mattress is still advertised on the Mammoth website which I think it is unprofessional.
I dont understand why when the order was placed on June 6 they did not communicate and advise me at that point of the material shortage and stock issue therefore giving me time to look for an alternative.
I have emailed Mammoth so they can share what went wrong at their end and they continue to ignore and not answer.
Perhaps the company is under new management, or they have new directors and they have stopped caring about customer service. This type of customer service is terrible and they reason companies lose the loyalty of their customers.

Purchased a Mammoth prime 2000 hybrid mattress at the weekend had 3 good nights sleep since.
Purchased in June a shine plus mattress…
Purchased in June a shine plus mattress to replace our 5 year old one. And downsize to a double, really good mattress it was our choice for back problems. This one although the equivalent to what we previously had us a littler firmer so us taking a bit of getting used to. Would always buy mamouth, one star off for the firmness plus the awful smell, still pungent after 6 weeks. ( we do know this will go soon)

I've recently bought a second Mammoth after doing a loft conversion and upgraded to one of the Hybrid models. This is perfect for my body type.
Just as importantly my daughter's inherited my old Mammoth and is loving it. A big upgrade from her cheap childhood mattress.
