Bought a Samsung Galaxy A25 for 199 euros in November 2024. The first time I entered my bank details on their payment page it failed. I tried a second time and it went through.
When I checked my bank transactions I found I'd been charged twice for the item. All efforts to get them to refund my 199 euros failed. The customer service is non-responsive and took weeks to investigate the matter. They claim that there was no double booking of the item I bought. But my bank says it was double booked. In the end I was out of pocket for 199 euros.

Item arrived broken, took a month to repair and wasn't properly repaired.
300€ Monitor I ordered for work didn't turn on.
No return pickup available so I had to find a way to get it to the store (kilometers away, I have no car).
Frustrating, but forgivable so far.
But the "repair" took a month.
And when I am told to pick up the device (no shipping for the repaired device available at all) it had some issues:
- dead pixels
- no anti-glare screen layer
The dead are obvious and impossible to miss, so they definitely willingly shipped me a broken device *again*, calling it "repaired".
The anti-glare layer is important - most of us don't even realize our devices have it because it's everywhere. Without it, the screen becomes a serious strain to look at, eye-sight affecting if you use it for normal work-hours.
The initial shipping was fast and if the device was fine I would have been a happy customer, so I can't justify a 1-Star rating.
But the slow, incomplete repair is despicable.
If they can't repair a product adequately they should have to replace it with a new one.

I will never order by this company again, even if it is the last one available on the surface of the planet.The entire delivery process and customer service is a joke. I have made my first order around a month ago,and after the delivery promise term was not fullfilled,i decided to call. On the phone was a lady who kind of figured out that my order was overlooked, and in the next five minutes, i have already recived a delivery termin so i tought, oh well, it was an honest mistake. Fast forward 2 weeks, i decided to give the company another chance, so i ordered 2 large appliances i needed in my apartment plus a soundbar. All good, the soundbar came, so i was patiently waiting for the rest of the order. To this day, and 4 attempts of contacting customer service, my appliances are still not here. The only response i get is this seemingly auto generated "When we will send the item, you will get an email" kind of response. I will just refuse the items on arrival, and ask for a refund at this point.

I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Heinrich, the sales representative, whose dedication and professionalism truly stood out. He exceeded all expectations in assisting me, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction even though I had to visit the store a dozen times.
Although the SoFlow product itself has some internal issues, the exceptional service I received from MediaMarkt—especially Mr. Heinrich—made a significant difference. I highly recommend the Singen branch for their teamwork and unwavering support.

Same as everyone else here. Ordered a tv and it has not been delivered. Shocking and archaic customer service. You call and get the run around . No avenue leads anywhere. One customer service agent actually hung up on me because I said I had already called and been told the same thing. She just hung up saying this is the only answer you're getting. Really unbelievable. No system to cancel online even though you have an online account. seems like getting a refund is now also going to be a battle. Wish I had read the reviews first. I presumed a company like Media Markt was decent

Worst ever business I've seen in Europe, even worse customer service. They did not deliver the product 10 days after I ordered it, postponing the shipment like 5 times. Then, when I wanted to cancel, even going to the shop for this purpose, they refused to cancel, saying it was only possible to do it by phone. When I canceled it by phone, guess what happened? These illustrious business people sent me the product - they sent the product that I have already canceled Karl! They hide behind a phone cancellation system from customers, and then cannot even use a common database with other departments to keep track of canceled products. Go bankrupt, losers, as you'll be doing a service to the public. Such businesses need to be punished by law for treating the customers this way.
