Yet they will never answer or service your problem with a proper call

I ordered from these people who I didn't know were in China. The info said returns accepted. DO NOT believe that. They will accept returns, but, you have to pay to have it shipped back to China. They shouldn't even be allowed to advertise without saying where the product is from. I'm stuck with a purchase, it wasn't a huge amount of money, but I would have never ordered if I had known I couldn't return the item.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of the Instant Christmas Tree. It is NOTHING like what was shown on the website. The size is ridiculously small, and the tree looks so cheap and poorly made. The pictures online were very misleading, giving the impression of a full, beautiful tree, but what I received was absolutely awful.

I also tried to reach out to the company to request a refund or some sort of assistance, but guess what? No response. Not a single reply to my emails or messages. It's clear they are not interested in customer service or standing behind their product.

In short, I feel completely scammed and regret purchasing from this company. My advice to you: **do not waste your money**! Avoid this seller at all costs.

Purchased a Sterling Silver customised necklace believing this was from an American company.
When necklace arrived it was a cheap silver coloured necklace.
I complained to them, as this was not as described, requesting they arrange collection for a full refund. They have offered a discount code on my next purchase and the accepted the return at my cost for a 50% refund.

I love the necklace, but I need to buy more beads. How do I do that?

Bought a watch winder from Melody Necklace in Jan 2023. It has lasted 18 months. The electric motor, initially almost silent, started making a 'grinding' noise about a year in, which got louder and louder until it failed today. Rubbish.

I paid way too much money for what came in. What I ordered was not what I received. Make sure you read AND understand what the small print description says. They were unwilling to make a refund and I am very unhappy with the quality and costumer service of this company. Will never be shopping here again!!

Been trying to contact them, no answer, ordered my bracelet for my daughter so it was here in time for Xmas and still not here. I have been scammed!!

The shipping will take about 4-6 weeks do not believe the shipping time frames posted on website products ship from overseas so there’s no way you will receive it in time frame they say if your ok with waiting that long for a product go for it but I believe they should be more transparent and honest about shipping time frame once you place your order you will not be able to change or cancel anything overall the product is just ok not the best can find the same quality anywhere nothing special

I bought recently a hat announced as "Halloween Party Felt Witch Hats" and when it arrives is nothing even close, is a very cheap material, the arrangements are few and ugly, and the product overall is 10 times inferior. This site is a scam.

I ordered my necklace on May 6th, 2023 and paid for the upgraded shipping which stated on the website that it would rush my order and have it to me within 7-10 business days. When my order didn't appear within that time frame, I inquired and they said it takes 7-10 days to process my order 1st. Nowhere on the website does it state that. Therefore I requested a refund of my shipping fee ONLY. They denied my request and placed blame on the shipping company. Today is 5/25/23 and I have still not recieved my order.

I would give 0 star if there is an option. I believe this company is a spam. I have received nothing since I paid about 6 months ago. No communication at all. No reply of my emails.

I ordered a magic mug and chose to add the gift box. The package came all smashed. It did not have the gift box. When I messaged the company, they told me I need to pay them more because adding the gift box made shipping free but since they screwed up, I need to pay for shipping and then they will refund the amount for the gift box. They do not actually even try to compensate for their mistake. I would never buy anything from this company again.

Total scam! They take you money and they never send the product. Why isn’t anyone shutting these businesses down?

I wish negative stars was a review! But I ordered a watch from them that looked nothing like the one they’re advertising! I emailed them and still haven’t gotten a reply three months later!

The only star I removed was for the wait and for not inputting utensils to fill with the ashes. They were in the picture presumed came with it but did not.

However I absolutely love the product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

It took some time and a number of iterations, but the purchased item has finally been delivered with 2 months delay!
