Beautiful necklace at a great price! Just as described. Shipping can take up to a few weeks but be patient. It's worth it.

I paid for the speedy service a month ago to receive my bracelet that I ordered and still haven’t received it yet very disappointed I will not be ordering anything else from y’all ever again so enjoy that money

I purchased an item by mistake and immediately tried to cancel item. I contacted the company via email & messanger like 30 times in the past 2 days to cancel my order. Their fb will not allow comments & instagram accounts is fake. I have contacted absolutely every way I know possible and have not heard anything. I inirally was wanting my ordered canceled so I could order the correct item however now... I will never purchase anything from them and reporting them as fake & fraud in all social media platforms. Run fast from this business... Cancel my order #TX22702 asap!

When you are placing your order, be aware that they say 5-9 days for delivery, but instead you will wait 5-9 weeks for the tracking number and another 4-6 weeks for delivery. No I am not exaggerating!!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! It seems that, this is the same comment of everyone!! The only way to communicate with them is through email and they don’t respond straight away. It takes them weeks to answer!! Avoid this company or you will be sorry like the rest of us that made the mistake of ordering from them!!!!

Wish I would’ve read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a necklace for my mother on May 6th and figured I probably wouldn’t have it for Mother’s Day but maybe I would have for the week after. I’m still waiting. Sent an email no response.

I ordered a bracelet for my mom for Mother’s Day. I received an email stating it would be late and would take 3-5 business days and would receive a tracking #. None of that occurred. I emailed them 3 times and no response. I disputed my charge and will not use them ever again!! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! The only way of communication is through email as well!

Haven’t received my tracking number for 3 items. And it haven’t been shipped.

Total scam. Charged for product that was never mailed. Told I would receive a tracking number that never came.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! I never received my order for mothers days I asked for the order to be refunded not sent! It is now days later and no refund, no items, NO RESPONSE!! These people are pathetic and are nothing but a scam, do yourself a favor and get a lawyer to sue them or tell your bank to stop the payment!!!

I ordered my Moms bracelet six days prior to mothers day. I paid additional money for exempt delivery. Here it is 5/13/2022. And I have yet to receive anything. I requested my tracking number and that number was for someone else order from March. I believe this company is a fraud. Im calling bank to see how I can recoup my money!

All the reviews appear to be fairly consistent. What they advertise for shipping and delivery is just not true. And, when you attempt to contact and inquire they give excuses.

I was told to place order with DHL Express shipping ($29.99) to receive in time for Mother's Day. I was informed by DHL that delivery will be May 19th! So much for express...

I requested refund for shipping and was told "they had a lot of Mother's Day orders and were delayed"...really?

I hope my wife and her twin sister enjoy their gift...whenever it arrives!

HORRIBLE!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered a necklace that was supposed to arrive 2 days before Mother’s Day. Three days later and still nothing.

No responses to three emails that were sent makes for a very unorganized and unprofessional company. Horrible just horrible.

It has been six days and my order is still showing order placed. It hasn’t even been fulfilled let alone shipped out. They give a delivery time of 5 to 9 days and my order hasn’t even been shipped out. I have sent numerous emails that haven’t been responded to.

I haven't received my item yet so I can't speak on that. I can speak on their timeline with delivery, which is horrible. They state a delivery time frame, but don't come anywhere close to that time frame.

Customer service is horrible and they don't want to take any responsibility for anything. I would avoid this place and the headache that it they cause. There are better places out there, that stand behind what they say and will do what it take to make things right.
