I would give 0 star if there is an option here. I ordered a necklace for wife Xmas gift at the beginning of November. And still haven't receive it. Emailed Customer service and they replied not sure what happened with delivery. Would not come again and won't recommend anyone to purchase from here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It's a total scam! They just take your money. I can't get a hold of them, as they won't return my emails.

Hello , what with Order #MN5764 . I am still waiting for information about delivery.
I make a order 13 of December for a Christmas and It is nor sent. They told me that it is because of Covid. I wanted my money back and I dont have answer.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would.. This company is a SCAM!!!!!! Please do not buy from this company... I ordered a necklace from them before Thanksgiving and still have not recieved it and it's 2 days before Christmas... I've been asking for a refund for the past week and they keep telling me it will ship in 3 to 7 business days... Steer clear from this company or you will be scammed!!!

Wonderful customer service I have ordered a heated hoodie from this company and although it's not here just yet it will be soon and I reached out to customer service to ask about its arrival and I recieved a nice, professional response saying they contacted their warehouse to have my order expedited in hopes I can get it by Dec. 30th. I am very please and will be excited to get my item!! I know there is a ton of bad reviews which almost scared me from this company but I can say so far I'm satisfied!!

Absolutely cheap nasty product. Ordered needlepoint stocking for Christmas, was a cheap print . Cost $ 60 Australian. Lodged paypal claim , denied because item is in shape of a Christmas stocking!

Took almost $100 from a 12 year old child for cheap crap, and refused to refund even though contacted BEFORE shipping. Absolutely disgusting.

This website is a scam. Nothing you buy is as described or pictured and they do not reply to get a refund! I bought a customized ornament and a needlepoint stocking. The ornament came blank with a marker, and the stocking was a cheap printed pattern of a needlepoint, not an actual needlepoint stocking! Paid over $80 for these items and they’re both Chinese crap!

Do NOT buy anything from this company!!! I got a necklace, and it broke the day I received it. They also won’t give me a refund. They want ME to pay for the shipping to send it back, and even then will only give me 50% back!!

Recently purchased Thomas Kinkade ring "Colors of inspiration". When it finally came, it was nothing like the picture. It had ugly stones and some were even missing and painted in. Would not recommend this company. Not sure of date. Just ra across picture and thought to post.

I order a bracelet for my grandson. It looked great in the picture. I got it today. I went back to see if I could return it and get a refund. There was a totally different
bracelet showing today and the one I bought was pictured as being sold by Walmart for $9.95....just what it looked worth. This company is a fraud!!

My order for an engraved bracelet arrived defective. 3 of the 4 beads were missing the custom engraving. Very soon after contacting customer support, I received my replacement order. And to my pleasant surprise, I received all 4 engraved beads mounted in a completely new bracelet. And it looks GREAT!!

Out of all the negative reviews, I wanted to take the time to leave a positive one because I was terrified when reading the reviews after my purchase.

I received an excellent service and product. The delivery was not the fastest but it took like 2 and a half weeks. I wrote them an email the day after my purchase. They responded to me the next day apologizing fot the delay and saying they had put my package on its way. Got here about 2.5 weeks later.

The charging, which had me very nervous, went perfectly fine, and the product was completely cute and satisfying. Great for the gift I intended to.

I'm happy overall!

My daughter purchased a necklace on their website. She also mistakenly purchased 2 gift boxes (key punch error) The necklace did not look like the one on the website. The finish was off and looked inferior. The site says refunds up to 60 days. After repeated attempts to receive a refund-Melody Necklace refused. They also sent one giftbox which was creased and dented in transit and did not refund the other. I tried to intervene on her behalf and they just stopped communicating. Please stay away from this horrible online site. You will be disappointed and upset.

Do not order from them, it is a Chinese Taobao shop pretending to be an American company. Ordered a Father’s Day bracelet, but did not hear anything from them until 13 days later after I requested to cancel the order. No customer service to confirm the font and design, no confirmation on the shipping details, and the customer service email is a random gmail address. Cancellation policy is 12 hr after order confirmation. So basically, you can not cancel if they don’t reply you after a day. I seriously doubt this is a legitimate company!

I purchased a necklace and the color faded within 4 days without touching water.

Ordered a bracelet for my sons birthday. They sent one for a father. Spoke to them on live chat until they got bored and stopped replying. Had to hassle them via email to get a response. They claimed to have sent the right one and apologised but it never came. Then after further emails they blamed it on the courier and said they’ve sent it again. Still hasn’t come and my sons birthday has gone. They’re ignoring my emails asking for a refund, the last correspondence I had with them they offered me a discount on my next purchase. As if I’d ever buy from them again. Possibly the worst company I’ve ever used and the worst customer service. I’ve also found the same bracelet for 70% cheaper on Amazon. Avoid at all cost.

No refund policy. I ordered almost two months ago but haven't received my order. I'm about to report the company to an international business agency for fraud.

Thus website is a SCAM lied & said i would be receiving van cleef packaging when all i received was an ugly bracelet in a cardboard box. This website is a scam!!!

It took them awhile because it came from another country and so many orders were placed but my husband finally got his gift. Five stars ✨
