I was having problems for 3 days trying to place my order. However, the last rep I spoke to was a Godsend! She was very knowledgeable and patient and eventually was able to help me complete my order. Please have your company compensate her with a raise or bonus for her exceptional work ethics, especially during these times of worker shortages. In the long term, your financial benefit to your workers will give them the reason to work hard and stay loyal to melody necklaces.

Absolute rubbish in terms of delivery timelines. Weeks past Mother’s Day and still no sign of product. Can’t comment on quality of product yet

I found about this page from Facebook after going through its page I love a ring and I requested them to add two names on this ring I ordered in February and just today I got it delivered and I love it the two names I told them was of my twins boys

I ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter with an inscription in it. My granddaughter cherished it until it snapped in half one day after she had worn it very few times. She had it only a few months. She was heartbroken because she thought this would somehow hurt grammas feelings. I contacted Melodynecklace, sent them a picture of the bracelet and asked them for a refund. They would not issue refund. They would not stand behind their defective product. I should have read reviews before I purchased. I have seen them now and understand this company is a horrible place to order from. I have since ordered this product from another place that is likely a higher quality and this new place stands behind their products with guarantees if anything should happen. If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.

Thank you for your help, I could not see when my package was, it was frozen or something. Not until you sent it to me. If I would of waited a day or two more it would of been here and I would not of had to bother you. I love it and cannot wait to give it to my girls

I was super excited to receive my necklace from Melodynecklace Store in time for Mother’s Day, Beautiful and Quality is great. Looks just like the picture and customer service was top notch.. I had accidentally ordered two and they reached out immediately and resolved issue and the shiping is very fast. Very Recommend.

Chinese company! Horrible customer service. Live chat has no response. Their Facebook page says there is a time difference for live chat. That isn't live chat. Didn't solve my issue and blocked me from message's. I was charged $46.00 and was blocked. Trash company

I’m only giving one star cause it won’t accept review without something

First of all I hate buying from China, it’s not right, I double check to make sure it’s an American product, but Dam-it, as soon as I click place order, I receive a text with Chinese writing showing they accepted my money

Website says it’s sent out in 2 days, WRONG!!!!
I place my order on Jan 21st, now it’s February 11th, and they say they just sent it out on the 7th.
WHERE IS MY NECKLACE!!!
It better not be a piece of crap when I get it!!!!!!!

Can I give it zero stars? This is the worst company, worst quality product and worst customer service I have ever encountered online, My order arrived, literally on a slow boat from a China. Promised before Christmas, it was late, but in COViD times I can accept that. It was poorly packaged, inferior quality. Really sad, sad merchandise. When I reached out to customer service, it took multiple emails. Then I was told that return postage is so expensive, maybe I would consider keeping the merchandise and accepting a discount on my next order. Fat chance. We learn from out mistakes and possibly can guide others to avoid the same. My loss, but maybe you can save yourself and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a keychain/pendant for my Grandson on 12/12 and still haven't received it as of today 12/30 although the shipping indicates 6-9 day delivery. If I had known prior the company was in China, I would not have ordered it. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a bangle engraved for my granddaughter and it still has not arrived money has come out of my account weeks ago but wanted got Christmas it is now 21,st Dec no chance of that now

I ordered 3 personalized bracelets for my Granddaughters on November 19, 2021 for Christmas presents. After I placed the order and paid for it I saw all the negative reviews and got very nervous. VERY! I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order on December 2nd. The bracelets are BEAUTIFUL; heavy weight, great materials; beautiful detailing… just gorgeous. Funny that people tend to seek out ways to do negative reviews but not as much effort for positive feedback which is why I’m writing this; put a mind at ease.
I noticed I made an error on one of the names (Ans instead of Ana). I had to reorder it and have a new one made. They gave me a nice discount on price plus free shipping from China. All around, I love the bracelets and the people were pretty great too. I will definitely order from them again

The unicorn necklace I ordered is a piece of junk. I ordered this for my granddaughters birthday gift. But its awful.

The necklace I received is a piece of garbage. Not 14k gold plated as advertised. Cheaply made. There are even glue fingerprints on it. Buyer beware!!!!!! Don’t do it!

Don't not buy Quilling kits from this company. First of all, they are located in China and therefore there is no way to communicate with them. Secondly, their quilling kits do not include the right size of quilling paper strips. The strips are not wide enough (i.e. not tall enough after you place the strips on to the EVA foam board) and therefore the strips do not create a shadow on the board, which is how you create the illusion of colors onto the EVA foam board. Terrible company to deal with, which has been my experience with most companies in China. There are some good companies located in China, but this is not one of them.

It took 4 months to get my bracelet, I was pretty upset about that, But my wife loved it that's the reason I gave them 5 stars it was the same bracelet that I ordered and it came in very good condition.Thank You!!

Ordered a bracelet with charms on 29th May specifically for Fathers days which stated delivery 7-15 days. Here we are on 22 June! Nothing received and the tracking says it’s at the sorting office in London - disgusting seeming as it was advertised on Facebook specifically targeting those looking for Father’s Day gifts.
