Cannot cancel orders
Be sure you want your order. I canceled mine within 3 hours of placing it using their customer service email. Sent two more emails within 24 hours. Never got a reply. I finally went through PayPal and they responded saying it was already shipped. Never addressed my issue of not wanting the item anymore, nor getting a reply.
