I hope you can understand that we could not re-sell an item, especially a car seat, that was been previously opened. Also, you wanted the car seat the same day and our team orgnised an Uber connect for you that day so we apologise if this wasn't enough to meet your customer service expectation. Delivery was faster than promised. I would have preferred the item be put in a box even though it has its own, because it is a baby registry gift, and the Australia Post parcel sticker is stuck on it. Fortunately the original box was not damaged during transit, but still didn’t like an Australia Post sticker on it though.

However, due to the distance between Melbourne (our warehouse) and WA, as well as delays with Australia Post, your order is taking longer than usual. Dispatch and delivery was slow
Dispatch and delivery was slow. One item on the order took 16 days to arrive.
The 2nd item in the order was no longer available, however I was not contacted until 6th May to be advised of this (order was placed 24th April).
