Very friendly, patient and helpful service which made booking our Cunard cruise a great experience!

The staff in store were extremely polite, knowledgeable & helpful when we had our first appointment. They talked us thru our itinerary & forwarded it at a later date via email.
On our second appointment we were able to book & finalise our holiday plans . Many thanks to everyone for their patience throughout our sometimes difficult planning.

I have always booked through Miles Morgan firstly with your Gloucester branch and now with your Cheltenham branch. The staff are very friendly and always make you feel important. Nothing is too much trouble.

I required a single room and a tour that included specific sites. This was not easy to find but Sam persisted until she found exactly what I wanted with the added bonus that the departure/arrival airport is much more convenient.

Sibyl went above and beyond with her customer service. As a single traveler she listened to my needs and found a holiday that was suitable for me. I am sure that, given the empathy she showed, I will definitely go to Sibyl to arrange my next vacation.

Sibyl took time to answer all our questions about the cruise we were booking, and double checked on a couple of things we were unsure about before confirming. She made the booking as easy as possible for us .

Caroline had prepared for our meeting and understood our requirements. The dates , flight times and venue of our choice was fulfilled and the total cost met our budget requirements.
