We initially visited the branch to get euros and maybe enquire about a Caribbean cruise we had seen online.
Your agent Rhian helpfully gave us all the information we required and was so helpful we unexpectedly decided to book there and then.such good service.

The Chepstow branch staff were really helpful in helping us decide on our holiday to Malta. We were provided with options, and then were able to make adjustments for us. Requests for confirmation on some details were responded to promptly.
