Thank you to Jade and Rhiannon in the Chepstow office. They booked up a 2026 Viking cruise for ourselves and our friends with the usual friendly nothing is too much trouble approach. Love booking holidays there, even our daughter’s dog we look after is welcome!

Had a slight hitch with a friends booking being linked to mine as she was receiving information which I didn’t. As we had booked separately and at different times I didn’t understand or appreciate this. I had introduced her to your company and to cruising so was glad to get this sorted out by your staff who were very helpful.

Ellie listened to our requirements and was very helpful finding the type of hotel we wanted in a suitable area.

Ellie was simply excellent in advising us on an appropriate holiday for ourselves and our friends to cover the Italian lakes and a train journey through the Alps.

To be perfectly honest we had been floundering in making arrangements for the holiday without knowing enough about the possible itineraries and how they fitted our capabilities. Ellie picked up on the requirements very quickly and pinpointed what appears to be a very suitable tour that suits our needs. Customer service was very friendly, practical, trustworthy, knowledgeable and helpful. What more could we ask for?

We have not used a travel agent for over forty years but did so on the recommendation of a friend. The subsequent experience at Miles Morgan exceeded our expectations. Our friends were also very excited to receive the holiday proposal e-mail from Ellie. Let's hope the holiday in October proves the visit to Miles Morgan and our decision to takes Ellie's advice was the right thing to do.

Only negative point was that we had to wait fifteen minutes at the shop before we were able to have a discussion with Ellie, who was dealing with another customer. The wait proved worthwhile. Some folk may not have been so patient and moved on.

Easy to book, helpful and knowledgeable lady sorted us a Titan Tours of our choice. Rhiannon in Chepstow was working alone covering all aspects of her job. Well done.
