We had no experience of choosing or booking a cruise and were guided and helped brilliantly. Isabelle from the Trowbridge branch went up and beyond to make sure we were happy and understood. She helped us book and sort out what else we needed alongside the cruise booking.

Every time I have been into the Trowbridge office or telephoned I have had first class service! Whilst I’m a seasoned traveller I am trying some new things and the advice has been second to none.
I want to commend Colin, Alex and the rest of the team for such amazing, friendly service and great expertise. This is the reason using a Travel Agent is so important as is keeping them on the high street.

Again, booked the exact cruise we wanted. First hand experience of products is a must in the holiday market and pleased to say MM Trowbridge has it all. Cheers Colin

Jo is very friendly and super efficient. I told her on the phone what we were thinking of and she had picked out a Ventura cruise and a cabin for us prior to our arrival. We were happy with it so booked straight away
