That's bad form! It's true that I waited outside 40 minutes for the cab when they said it was 15 minutes away.
Ride to Heathrow
He was punctual and the ride to the airport was smooth. The only thing I'd say is that he could have come out of the car when I arrived to help me put my heavy suitcase in the car boot. He did so when we arrived at the destination.

Good service previously, but not this time
I have used Minicabster several times and had good, reasonably priced service. But last Sunday I asked for a taxi to King's Cross from Hackney. I was quoted and accepted a £20 fee and was told the taxi would be 15 minutes. After 40 minutes and a series of phone calls (several of which were cut off), it emerged that the operator had failed to pass on to the driver the information I had quite clearly given him: I know that cars can't stop outside my house (59a), so I would wait outside 21, a local beauty salon. Another 10 minute passed and my calls were not answered at all, so I left a message to cancel and caught a bus Instead. So, a bit of a disaster all in all.

Great service driver had to wait an extra 40 minutes and luggage was delayed. Did not charge waiting time. Very reasonable prices and much cheaper than the big named mini cab firms. Would highly recommend minicabster:)
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Very quiet customer service missed my flight because of them, took my money whilst nobody shows. It was a nightmare to get that money back. They are old fashioned, these days you can get a uber which is cheap, reliable, and on time.
a taxi with a child seat and horrible experience
I have ordered a taxi with a child seat in advance, 5 hours before the ordered time I have got a call that price is actually higher and they have to rearrange. I said ok fine. When I was at place with a child and a luggage 15 mins before I have got a call, they said ok, it is on the way. At the time it supposed to arrive they called me saying they price is not included a car seat again and taxi with a car seat not available at all!!!! After my questions how could it happened and what should I do now???? They arranged a taxi but it was 30 minutes late!!!!! Car seat wasn't even fixed in a car!!!! It was just standing on a seat. I have got a horrible experience!!!!! It have never happened with me in Moscow, where I use taxi with a car seat regularly

Also Minicabster changed the operator of the initial booking (2 days ago) and we received a new e-mail for booking with a different operator, without mentioning that is a change, after having landed in London!

My life is so much easier with Minicabster. Hubby and me are frequent flyers for our job and that involves a lot of travelling to and from the airport. I always book through Minicabster and I am happy to report that so far I don't have a complain. The website it's easy to navigate and their customer service is very efficient and friendly - I experienced that when I had to change the time of a booking. For me it's a win-win! 1 hour late - and plenty of lies and excuses as to why
Long story short: My minicab was an hour late picking me up from the airport and I was lied to regarding the reason.
I landed and called the dispatcher after 15 minutes past the original time, The dispatcher told me "He will be there in 15 minutes". After another 30 minutes, I called the dispatcher again, and he said the same thing. Finally the driver arrived and told me that he was late because he was told that the job was one hour later than I had requested. I contacted minicabster later to complain and after looking into it, they told me the driver had tried to call me (which was not true).
