It’s more expensive to book through…

It’s more expensive to book through your platform than directly through the ferry platform itself!!! That is a rip off!!!

We booked a departing ferry trip…

We booked a departing ferry trip leaving harbor at 8:30am. Now it is 14:00 and we are still waiting for the ship. We are sittibg wirh many orhers in spare sun wirh our car and children on bord (outside temperatur 33C). No one speaks english and tells us, what will happen next. Furthermore the harbor utilities are dirty and old.

No tickets, no contact!!

I bought the tickets, paid for them but I haven't received them yet, neither the confirmation of my order. You took the money from my credit card. You don't answer my email and don't answer the phone !!!! Your service doesn't even deserve one star!!
I look forward to the answer as soon as posible and the solution of the problem!!!
12.08.21 - you give me a reply here in German! Is it a joke??? I don't understand German!!!! I need my tickets or the money back!!!

Ferry cancelled - NO REFUND

On July 14th we wanted to go from Capri to Ischia. However, the ferry was cancelled due to bad weather. So we had to find another route.

We booked our tickets online (Code: WT21FB7AFE; 3072TTYWJ) and paid via credit card. We called their customer service numerous times - we were on hold for hours! If you write a mail, there is no clear answer.

All we want is OUR MONEY BACK for a ferry that did not go as planned!

Ferry cancelled - no money returned

Bought our ticket online, paid via credit card. Then the ferry was cancelled due to high winds (which can happen in Italy sometimes).

However, tried to reach the "customer service" for hours and days - no answer. Did not even talk to anyone. Even the online homepage failed numerous times for no reason at all...

Hello

Hello, I guess you understand English?!
Your service is VERY Bad !! I expected, that you provided all information for a seamless travel?! That's why I pay for a booking service!
When we arrived in Livorno on May 15th 2021 (2 hours before departure) we have been asked for 'Sardegna Sicura' - we never heard of before! We had been forced to download a so called Sardegna Sicura App on our mobile phones, all with a very bad internet connection and no help, bad response of the App and so on. Finally we managed to complete this for my wife an me, 3 minutes before the ferry doors closed!! The App generates an QR Code which was scanned. Also the personell in the waiting line was not very helpful with one positive exception. Finally my wife was close to a nervous breakdown and the mood was not very positive - to say the least.
In case you would have informed us before about the necessity of this App we could have prepared it before! Therefore your service does not even deserve one star!! We had been prepared with all information about Corona (we are already injected twice). I look forward to your answer!

The ferry did the job but everything…

The ferry did the job but everything else was very disappointing. Apart from other things only two crewmembers spoke a little english but couldn’t answer the simplest questions, which is kind of disappointing for an „international“ Ferry company. Most of the remaining staff wouldn’t even listen to us like how could we have the audacity to get informations by speaking the leading world language
Also we got laughed at after asking for vegan food options (btw there weren’t any, like not even a salad)
It’s not 1921, we shouldn’t be treated as if being vegan was ridiculous.
Besides all that, the cabin was alright and we had a safe overdrive
