1. The restaurant didnt offered at least one vegetarian meal.
2. The room were cooled down to a minimum and you are not able to turn it off by yourself. When travellung with elder People and/or Children, this is a absolute No Go.

I had to cancel our booking due to…
I had to cancel our booking due to covid restrictions and even though I payed an insurance, I only got one quarter of the money back. This wasn’t clear when I booked it at first.

ID-Ckeck has not be done!
We booked a ferry from Bari to Dubrovnik. We had to enter our Passport-ID and everything went through. But then on checkin they told us that de Passport is only valid until 2 month before and they didn't let us on the boad. So you took our money but we couldn't get on the ferry. Nobody will give me the money back now (I already asked the ferry company). So you didn't check the vality of the passports (but you had the chance to do so), took our money and don't let us on the boat. I'm really dissatisfied.

Ok Ferry, is a nice Idea and very helpfull. I had some little trouble with orientation on the website of eoli but my questions were answered shortly and correctly. So booking was then easy and i got my tickets the next morning.

to suggest- no difficulties, on time
Taking the Ferry to and from Marsala to Favignana was without any difficulties. The Ferry was on time and the stuff helped out with the lugguage. It was also possible to change the time for return (by charge of 2,20 Euro/ Ticket )
