This happened in the last week. I was looking for an alternative to AIB, a second account, and was directed to ccpc.ie where I found them. Central bank told me they are not regulated, and don't know them. A guy answered, and said it was easy to get started with them, The documents did not upload with a message saying "system hiccups". Technical support was provided by a lady who was not comfortable with concepts like logging into email. She could not make it upload after which they were not available. Maybe their system has crashed or this is a company running out of someones backyard, I think better not to trust your money with them. I'll stick to regulated from now, its safer CENTRAL BANK OF IE - OR WAS IT CPCC.IE TOLD ME YOU WERE NOT REGULATED SO MAYBE YOU HAVE UPGRADED SINCE THEN.

Money lost
I have done a transfer to a friend - the money has never arrived and after 3 months moneyjar is still not able to track the money.
I had done several transfers to this recipient with moneyjar - so the details were saved and we are sure the details are correct.
I can’t do anything so I might have lost the money…
I don’t recommend this bank. I have heard other bad experiences with it.

I have been struggling to use my account for morethan 5 days now, no bank transfers, no payments or swiping, it keeps declining although i have money in my account.
The consultants are useless as hell, and the boring thing is there’s no physical bank to go and get help.

Unrecognized transactions and never got my money back
Got unrecognized transactions twice in less than 6 months. First time, they allowed me to fill a charge back request but 10 months have passed and still haven't received my money back. The second time, despite trying several support lines (email, phone, app chat), no one was able to solve the problem and they didn't allow me to fill a charge back request.
I lost +100 EUR and still haven't got anything back.
I closed my account. I'm advising all my friends to do the same. Do the same!
money was withdrawn from the account and not returned
My son tried to transfer funds to a bank card in another country. Funds were withdrawn from the account, but no one received them in another country. For three months, the son corresponded with the bank, but there was no result. The funds were not returned to him. They didn't even provide information about the transfer. This is not a bank, but a bunch of scammers. I would not recommend anyone to open an account here.
