Fantastic buying experience and love the e-scooter.
Really smooth and easy-to-use website and fantastic buying experience, and of course the scooter itself is brilliant. I enjoyed browsing on the Moov Electric site as I was looking for an e-scooter over Christmas 2021. I found the website really simple to use, and the way they display the products is really clear. For me, I had my eyes set on the Lamborghini AL1 all along, but it was clear to compare against the other great e-scooters they sell. Once purchased, the email confirmation and text updates kept me in the loop, and the delivery was next day - that was really impressive given the current climate and the fact that it was Christmas time. When the product arrived, I unboxed it and it took seconds to unfold. The quality is amazing and the features such as app, sport mode and light display are really cool. I'm loving it, I'm just trying to convince my friends to get one too so we can e-scoot together. Oh and the multiple payment options were a really nice touch, I used PayPal but great to know that they offer Klarna. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.
