Two engineers visited us

Two engineers visited us; one to determine the fault and the second to fix it. Both of them were courteous and respectful of us and our property. They were both very knowledgeable and worked professionally at all times. Unfortunately I do not know their names (maybe wearing a name badge would help?) so I cannot commend them in person.

installed a new expansion tank and then…

installed a new expansion tank and then after 3 visits advised me I needed a new hive (£300) . it was a faulty valve which british gas replaced in 10 minutes. They also damaged a valve to the downstairs utility and then told me it will cost 390 to replace. They have ignored emails and calls since then.

Excellent company with excellent staff

Tom quoted for the replacement of an oil boiler that had started to leak, The price was exceptional compared to what I had been quoted by a local company.
He arrived to complete the installation and was very competent and courteous throughout, it was a pleasure to have such a exceptional tradesman on site, I would have no hesitation to recommend this company.

First class excellent service

First class excellent service all round. We had a new gas boiler installed and the Heating Engineer, Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Throughout, the service was quick, efficient and very good value. A very helpful and friendly administration service was given by Jade. The service care plan is excellent giving peace of mind.

First class service as always. Engineer friendly, courteous, professional, skilled and highly competent. Job completed to very high standard. After sales service top notch. Competitively priced too. Thank you Morgans Heating and Plumbing. One very pleased customer.

Had a new Worcester boiler fitted by…

Had a new Worcester boiler fitted by Morgan’s ,Tom gave us a very competitive quote and 3 days later Chris cams and fitted it. Excellent service from Chris the engineer and all at Morgan’s . I signed up for there annual care plan and a few weeks later we had a problem with a couple of radiators not heating up, again Chris came out and fixed it , he’s a credit to the company and would recommend anybody to use Morgans.

Turn up on time and sort the problem

Having spent time ringing plumbers who don't have the courtesy to return your call
Morgans Plumbers were a blast of fresh air !!
On this occasion, Chris turned up cheerful and enthusiastic to identify and rectify my leak , which was in a very difficult and enclosed area . Job done swiftly .

Transparent in pricing, efficient and polite service.

So relieved to have great service with Morgan’s (after a truly shocking experience with Total Boilers). The engineer from Morgans came out promptly after our call that morning; he didn’t get lost because he had an effective route-finder app, and did all he could to ensure the boiler was left safe.

The receptionist was friendly, helpful and clear in the information provided beforehand . The charges were as stated (we paid in advance) and the engineer was keen to help resolve the issue as much as was possible. We were left feeling positive about having found a company we feel we can trust going forwards. A company that showed transparency in their quotes, organisation in their travel, and integrity in their accounting.

Highly recommend ..

Firstly the company uses what3words that simplifies the engineer finding us (we live 1.5 miles away from our postcode). The engineer phoned in advance to let us know when they were coming. No extra charge for Saturday visit, quickly identifies the problem, a short term work-a-around (really helped as want to change boiler soon) and also a reasonable cost to fix. I would definitely use again.

Having found our oil tank to be…

Having found our oil tank to be leaking, I found Morgan Plumbing & Heating online. I called them and they had an engineer come out to us on the same day. Tom was very pleasant to speak to, very informative and genuine, he explained the process of getting a new tank. He informed me that we would receive a quote for a new oil tank within that day or two. Received the quote in the timescales and was happy with the price. Availability was quick too. We had the tank fitted a week later. Tom and his colleague arrived and having cleared the area for them to work in, it was a simple and easy process. Remove all the oil from old tank into holding tank . Cleared the floor area and disposed of the old concrete stones we don’t need.
Checked with me that I was happy with the tank position and once confirmed they filled up the new tank with our oil. Tom checked the boiler was working and running before he completed his task.
Gave us a fuel monitor that enables us to check oil level from inside the house .. explained fully how it worked. Explained if there are any issues, to come back to them and they will sort it out.
I can wholeheartedly say I was extremely impressed with the whole start to finish, the first initial meeting and quote info.
Tom and his colleague worked exceptionally hard I would definitely recommend this company and these guys to fit an oil tank. 100% 10/10

This company seems in no rush to give me back my £115!

The service that I received when arranging for an engineer to come out to look at my boiler was good. The company required payment at the point of booking. Before making payment, I asked for confirmation that I would be refunded if I cancelled the call-out.

That same afternoon, I learnt that the warranty for my boiler could still be activated, so I no longer needed the services of an engineer who would charge for all of the work. I called to cancel and received an email asking for my bank details, which I responded with promptly. 13 days later, and after several phone calls where I have not been able to speak directly to somebody who would process my refund, I have still not been given back my £115.

My view is that the delay in refunding me is entirely unnecessary and deeply unprofessional. I need somebody in authority to call me back and process my refund immediately.
