My goodness what a hard worker Tom was we had a new fire rated tank done in 2 days and so very happy with the process from start to finish, he literally didn't stop. Would recommend 👍

Chris was really helpful and a perfectionist in his work. Installed a new hot water cylinder, pipework is excellent and managed to connect a dual immersion heater cylinder to our EDDI
Couldn’t be happier

Requested a call back on the website at 6pm on Tuesday, had a call within 10 minutes, my heating oil tank was replaced by 1pm the next day. Extremely clean and tidy job from the two young lads that came, very happy and polite. Tidied up more than I would’ve expected anyone too. Very happy with the job done

Had Morgans out to replace an LPG boiler in a park home for my mother in law who is extremely venerable when her back boiler was condemned by British Gas. Morgans arrived promptly to qive a quote (which was more thane favourable compared to British Gas). Adam arrived to install the new Worcester combi boiler just three days later (unbelievable service) extremely efficient chap who had the job almost complete in one day, highly recommended plus gave us a 7 year warranty. So impressed with Morgans we took a service plan out with them, as the entire staff seemed so willing to resolve issues promptly. Thanks so much really appreciate how you managed to move jobs around to get the heating working in my mother's park home.

As previous reviews........ BEWARE-I was charged £90 on my credit card upfront to book an appointment which they cancelled on the day due to "staff sickness".
I asked for the £90 to be returned to my credit card and they refused saying it had to be put into my bank account.I gave them my bank details and nothing happened......company have still not returned my money 9 weeks later and have ignored my email complaint.
Front office staff take all the flack for annoyed customers.This business has a disgraceful attitude and need to sharpen up their act. My advice would be do not use!

Great engineer arrived on time, professional

Rich, the engineer who attended was polite and professional.
He diagnosed a manufacturing fault and helped with arranging a warranty visit.
Happy with the service from Morgan’s, once again.

I have used Morgans Plumbing and heating a few times now for breakdowns and a replacement boiler in one of my flats. They've always provided an excellent service, and go out of their way to fit in jobs as soon as possible and to a very high standard.

We have just had a new oil tank fitted in a different location to our old one and must say how impressed we have been with Morgans. The survey was carried out in a matter of days and a quote was received the same day. In a matter of just two days the project was completed including a new concrete base and the two young men (Luke and Shane) were so hard-working, polite and showed respect of our property at all times. The price for the work was very reasonable and within our budget. We would like to congratulate all at Morgans for a job very well done.

After getting old boiler fixed another problem occured which was unfixable, so decided to get a new Worcester boiler, great price and installed it in a day, clean and tidy work

Morgan’s recently installed a new Worcester boiler for me , and I would highly recommend them. Tom and Adam where excellent.

We chose Morgans after having several quotes for a replacement oil boiler. Their quote was very competitive. Every aspect of dealing with this company was excellent. Office staff were polite, helpful,(especially Jade) co-operative and well informed. Tommy who did the survey was very positive and saw nothing in our very old house and very old boiler as a problem that couldn't be overcome. The installers, Adam and Mattie, were excellent, neat, tidy, hard working and pleasant. Nothing was a problem and they cleared everything away without trace. They were helpful and explained the new system to us in detail. This company and its workforce is worth every one of the five stars! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and neighbours.

We have just had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted today by Adam. He did a wonderful job and explained in detail everything we needed to know about the system. We highly recommend Morgans Plumbing and Heating company for a first class prompt and efficient service.

Two very polite young gentleman nothing to much trouble
Only one thing radiators still a bit sporadic going from hot to cold whilst air works it way out of system

I needed someone to remove a kerosene tank and Morgan's were the only ones out of many I phoned who were willing to do it. It was an awkward job but they made it look easy, and they couldn't have been nicer. They gave me a great price as well... I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Adam was absolutely brilliant, went above and beyond. Explained everything to me, as I’m 82 years old and find things confusing now. Couldn’t have been anymore professional if he tried.
