Highly recommend Dilesh Patel.
We had a house offer accepted already and we’d been in contact with 3 other brokers over 3 weeks (from other companies) who just weren’t finding out the information we needed to get the mortgage in principle sorted. I was giving up hope and started doing the research myself.
Luckily just at the right time I came across Delish who reassured me he will contact multiple lenders and get the Mortgage in principle sorted. He did just that within 2 days.
Great communication throughout the whole process, very clear and easy to talk to. Very reassuring I didn’t need to stress and a week later we have our mortgage approved! We are so pleased.
