The good: As per the title
The bad: the costs for postage. I bought a single 'Knock Block' 10mm headset spacer. Total cost £10. This was posted in a small envelope padded envelope (probably purchased 100's of these so very very cheap) and the cost for postage added another £7.00 to the bill. Postage for this would be about £2 at the most.
Make of that what you want, but rip off comes to mind
