Placed our order, despatched quickly and received when we expected it. Some companies advertise parts ex-stock and take your money and don’t supply but Mountainmania actually supplied. Will definitely use again.

Item not as described and slow shipping
Ordered on Sunday and they took my payment on Sunday. No shipping info Monday, nothing still on Tuesday so I phoned and was told ‘oh yes, your order is shipping today, so you should have it around Thursday’. Then I get a phone call on Thursday ‘we’re just packing your order and noticed that the web site didn’t have the correct information: the item is ex-demo and has some chips and that’s also why it’s in the sale, so there’s no further discount either’. So they didn’t ship until I chased, then still didn’t ship when they said they would and then told me the item was damaged and it arrived more than a week after I ordered it.
I can see these guys get a lot of good reviews and I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews, but I keep getting an email asking for a review, so here is an honest one.

We're sorry you haven't had a satisfactory experience. There was an error in the listing which didn't mention the small marks to the top of the bar, however that was the reason for the 25% discount. This is why we chose on this occasion to give you a call and email some additional images over so you could confirm you were happy with them.
I can see from our records that your order was placed on Sunday the 6th, dispatched on Friday the 11th and delivered on Monday the 14th. Our website states 7-10 day shipping, so this does fall well within our usual shipping times.
If you have any other issues please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do what we can to help, obviously we don’t want any of our customers left unhappy.
