Amir was responsive and came round the same day to do a boiler service and gas safety certificate. He was very reasonably priced, friendly and thorough. We received our invoice and certificate the same day. He also gave us advice and recommended another company as we needed electrical work doing and his team didn't have availability. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I needed someone to fit a gas tumble dyer. There is hardly anyone around qualified to do this. The service was excellent. They were polite and helpful and altogether charming. Recommend!

The gentleman (Amir) that came to connect my duel cooker was friendly and professional. He showed me his ID at the door and offered to remove his shoes.

He thoroughly checked my gas meter and boiler and fitted my cooker in no time. He left everything nice and clean and I would recommend him to anyone. I have personally recommended him to my family.

Really happy with the service received by Amir. Initially I wanted to change my boiler but after our conversation he wanted to check whether he could save my old boiler. Unfortunately it was too old to be fixed and would not be cost effective in the long run. This was when Amir helped me, I told him what brand I would like and he has assisted me throughout the whole process of buying the boiler and what extra parts I needed. He is also Nest Engineer which was very handy as he has installed Nest for me too.
The boiler arrived late during the day, thanks to Amir he has accepted my request and came to fix it despite the time. He has actually worked until 2am to get the boiler working. He did not leave until the hot water was on and radiators were back up running as my granddaughter was poorly. He was very dedicated and keen to help me despite the time of the hour. Amir was there for me when I needed him until the boiler arrived and fixed. He was very polite and helpful. The work is amazing all the boiler pipes fixed and painted it looks really neat. I would highly recommend Mr Engineers to everyone without hesitation. Thank you Amir once again for your professional work. Keep it up. Best regards.

We purchased a half price boiler service, via Groupon, prior to selling our flat. The gentleman turned up as arranged, showed his qualification card without being asked and proceeded to check the bolier without delay. When I happened to mention that we were moving the engineer, Amir, stated he would do a free gas safety certificate. He was very professional, polite and seemed to check each appliance in detail. For the price we paid the service was amazing, thank you.

We are very happy with customer service as well as the plumber who installed our new boiler as the old one was playing up. Customer service was very on point and very happy to help with any questions etc. The plumber who did the job was very experienced and we trusted that the job will be done well (and clean) he also came on time. We would recommend the company as we have used them last year and we will be using it in the future.
