We are very happy with customer service …
We are very happy with customer service as well as the plumber who installed our new boiler as the old one was playing up. Customer service was very on point and very happy to help with any questions etc. The plumber who did the job was very experienced and we trusted that the job will be done well (and clean) he also came on time. We would recommend the company as we have used them last year and we will be using it in the future.

Great service and really know their stuff. We had a boiler replaced and underfloor heating installed. It was a complex project in a Victorian house but their installation was really high quality. Engineers very friendly with good after advice and servicing.

Cheap and professional
This is one of the best company I've dealt with. The engineer came on time and did my boiler repair as quickly as he could. On like my past experiences where engineers deliberately waste time to take in extra cash on the tiume spent doing the job, this company actually promises to fix your boiler within a stipulated time so you know what you are up against from the start. No surpris huge bills. With the service received I can't fault them.
