I ordered the single floor standing headboard! Wow.. it’s heavy, it’s very well made. Padding is solid, and the design is elegant.. I’m ordering one for my king size bed next month.. keep it clean it’ll last for years!

Hi There my experience wasn’t great. I have ordered corner sofa and I received the wrong item it was shock on the beginning but at the end I decided keep the wrong item . It was a lesson for me too check everything before I open it

The divan bed ordered was a double size Milan in cream boucle.
The bed delivered on Friday was Esquire.
I immediately contacted me slumber to notify. I received a txt saying they were in fact the same bed?
It depended on the size you order as to how many panels can be made, If you check web page they are not the same and there are indeed options to order either bed in all varieties.
Annoyingly you cannot call up just text or resort to posting on the TikTok which they will remove you from.
The bed itself is so poorly made and I believe unsafe for its purpose.
You can feel the wood frame through the fabric, one wrong move with a vacuum and it will go right through. There are no fire safety labels either, which I believe against the law.
As we have no bed for our daughter with buying a new one, we had to try and put base up so we could sleep on it, and give our own bed to our daughter.

This part is where we were lost for words, the actual bed itself, my god THEE WORST WORKMANSHIP EVER !!! Poor poor quality.

The feet holes were not all made properly so you physically can’t push them in or they smash - like ours have. The upholstery is just folded and stapled - there is no sewing involved or craftsmanship & not even neat or decent blummin stapling !!
The foot end has a fold in centre where the two ends of the wrapping fabric meet, it’s just folded over in a rough fashion and again stapled - You can put your hand under the fold where the bare edges are frayed and simply unfold due to the badly made design. a good proper divan would be of quality upholster fabric and sewn taught, I’ve never seen a folded over finish.

The base clips are flimsy plastic which will snap for sure.
The frame work itself is really poorly assembled, you can feel the sharp edges through fabric.
On unwrapping there is a million staples everywhere, actually attached to the framework !!

I strongly believe items shown on web and in lives are not the same. They look pretty decent and nothing like what you get
BE WARNED !!!!

It’s cheap for a reason , anyone wanting further details , video or photos please message.
I am now asking for a full refund and return from PayPal resolutions

Settee was perfect and well priced, delivery was quick, but to send a single drive no mate for a heavy item like two reclining sofas is ridiculous. I
managed to get a friend's son to come and give a hand. I am 73 and my knees are no good. I asked the driver what happens when there is no one to help,he said he would have had to cartwheel it. That is why I only gave 4 stars. Driver was a nice man but should have had a mate.

Bed is really well made. Very surprising quality as the price is great. We did have to cut the headboard in half to get it up the stairs but it’s screwed back together perfectly.

Van broke down which is unavoidable but then delivery took 3 days, no apology!!
Extremely disappointed with mattress as was not as firm as expected.
Also beware as you cannot contact them by phone and for some reason the emails they send you cannot read
