Excellent customer service, they took the time to explain everything to me and were extremely helpful! 100% will be back for my next service. Do be aware though that online booking times are not accurate, the website told me I would be able to pick up my car at 10am but turned out they needed the whole day. Make sure you call for accurate information about pick up time.

Easy to order online, prices competitive. Booked a date and time and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Suggested I had a wheel alignment and took their advice.
No hidden costs from what was ordered and paid for inline.

Got my car window fixed at mycar Altona two days ago and I would recommend them to anyone 👍🏻 I initially dropped off my car last Friday and got a call from Brandon re: the approximate price on fixing the car and how long it required to be fixed. Brandon was transparent and told me that the new car window parts would be arriving the following Tuesday. Brandon was communicative, kind, patient and flexible in the car arrangements, letting me to just drop the car off on Wednesday morning instead of keeping it over the weekend. My car is fixed by Wednesday afternoon. I paid in the end and very happy with the result. Thank you 🙏
