Terrible experience at Pennant Hills MyCar
I was supposed to check in my car for a tyre change at 9 am and check out at 10 am. The director at my car Pennant Hills told me that he’ll call me when the car is ready to pick up. At around 4 pm he called me and told me that he mixed up the order and he wouldn’t be able to finish my order. As a result I picked up my car and called a mobile tyre service and payed double for the service.
This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour!

Servicing was first class
Reception was friendly and helpful. This was because the Booking time had not been recorded. The guy on reception was there from another My Car branch for the day only. He worked hard to find me a time for doing the Registration review.
His efforts were greatly appreciated.

I had problems with this car yard
I had problems with this car yard. They installed a audio navigation system in my VW. Despite paying over $1000 it didn't work. The refused to investigate until forced to by fair trading. Found it should not have been installed but they had done no preliminary checks or tests. Just give this outfit a miss.
