Matt at Australia fair my car was amazing! I came in for a flat tyre and despite being extremely busy he arranged for it to get fixed straight away. Friendly and professional service.

When I took my car to MyCar at Australia Fair for a service this week, I had prepared a list of potential problems that I wanted the mechanics to look into. Matt, the staff person at the front desk, was friendly and helpful, taking the time to go through my list and explain how they would address each one.
When the car was ready for pick-up, he talked me through the results of MyCar's inspection and how each problem was resolved. At no time did I feel talked down to - instead he made sure I understood what was done and what potential problems might arise in the future. I appreciated his patience and attention to detail, and left feeling very satisfied with the level of customer care. A very positive experience.

the Australia Fair, Southport business has again gratefully helped get me on the road again with my car. this is my 2nd time writing a review for this place. Appreciate their fast service, friendliness, and genuine being helpful and honest.

Great service
Were able to fit me in very quickly and easy to find and access. Only issue I would say which isn’t their fault.. is the parking for customers you have to physically look behind you. So you miss it all together.. the mechanic just ended up taking my keys and moving it for me which was nice 🫶🏼🫶🏼

My Log Book Service was a little more diverse than usual, and Natalie (Manager, MyCar Australia Fair) established the variations & costed appropriately.

Thereafter Brenton went about ensuring a comprehensive Log Book Service, plus my various other requested checks, all completed satisfactorily & documented.

I've found Natalie/Brenton @ MyCar Southport (Aust. Fair) ..flexible to your needs, competitive pricing (repairs & tyres) + capable auto technicians.

Staff were helpful and friendly, willing to explain the issues in detail - to someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars which I appreciated. Reasonably priced for the work completed. Will be back :)

Very very bad experience. It has definitely gone down hill. I've been a customer for a while. But this was my final time there. The mechanic upfront told me. We couldn't do anything more or fix and issues found because we are to busy and we don't have time.
I'm not even confident the service was done correctly now. Under staffed, poor management and zero communication with staff or customers. You are lucky to even have the mechanics there putting up with managements style. Parts getting ordered late, under staffed, then whoever is on shift must try and do his best. I feel sorry for the guys there. The manager and upper management need to fix their act. I would've left if I was the mechanics on shift.
2 visits costing me over $1300. And I received the bare minimum because each visit they didn't have the parts & understaffed. Very very disappointing. Again this is not to the mechanics at all! This is to the manager, owner & head office.
