Great customer service
I couldn't fault the service provided by Paul - ordering a car in the middle of lockdown was never going to be straightforward with delivery timescales of between 3 and 5 months.
We took the plunge and dates aside the process went like clockwork, with all paperwork completed in a few days.
Paul kept in regular contact and did he's best to reduce the wait time by letting us know when similar spec cars were available in the dealer network in case one would suit. Eventually we got the call from Paul saying the vehicle had arrived and where do we want it delivered to.
The car arrived yesterday as arranged , almost exactly 5 months to the day we ordered it - Audi's fault, not Paul's I must stress.
I'd have no hesitation recommending Paul to anyone looking for a lease vehicle.
