I am so angry with this company…
I am so angry with this company and complete lack of customer care, I used to be able to call them, wait a stupid length of time for someone to answer and get them to talk me through the issue.
Now you can't even do that, you need to log a support ticket, which is an extremely difficult and confusing process. After you submit your support request, you get emailed a ticket number that you need when you call support to get into the same ridiculous queue.
This company's products were highly recommended to me when I invested heavily in my solar and EV charger, it's probably the biggest purchase mistake I have ever made.
AVOID this company.

I couldn't find the registration number…
I couldn't find the registration number on my Zappi car charger but Emma in Myenergi took me through the process and sent me an email with the serial and registration numbers shortly after my phone call with her. She was very pleasant, helpful and efficient to deal with.
Good Customer Service and a Satisfying Resolution
I had an issue with my Zappi and reached out to the customer service team for help. The two representatives I worked with were very helpful and responded quickly to my support ticket. Although it took some time to fully resolve the issue, I was very satisfied with the final outcome.

Quick Zappi problem solved
I had a problem with our Zappi and Eddi talking to each other after a couple of recent power outages in the area. I'm pretty technical, but couldn't get things sorted. I called the helpdesk, told them what I had tried and that I wasn't at the house right now. They didn't treat me like an idiot or try and bring things back to the basics. They very quickly assessed what I had tried, checked a couple of things remotely and gave me some steps to try that evening which worked first time.
I wish all helpdesks worked this way!

Had internet connection problems. Team an myenergi (Emma) were super helpful and guided me through the issues (most likely caused by my internet). They could not have been more helpful and generous with both time and tolerant of my technical limitations. All was resolved very satisfactorily and I have a clear and concise email to guide me on how to fix if there is another event.

From the very outset, everyone I spoke with were most helpful. I particularly want to mention Emma ans Alana who were extremely helpful, professional and courteous throughout.

Zappi Glo connection issue
I had a Zappi Glo installed yesterday. The following day I had some technical issues linking everything in the app (ZappiGlo, Eddie). I called the support centre and was lucky to get talking to Clodagh, who was fantastic. She spent so much time and talked me thru everything and made sure all was working perfectly. Not only that, but the call was disconnected a few times due to coverage issues my side and she called me back each time resuming where we left off, so I didn't need to call in again and start process with a new agent. The attention to every detail was excellent.. easily I would say my most pleasant customer service / technical assistant call I have had. Thanks again for all the help Clodagh, great service.

Fiona, gently, with respect for my lack of ability, guided me through the many changes that had to be done to the configuration to get my Myenergi App working and intune with all my other devices. I would sincerely advise everyone not to get any of these units. I have a Zappi, Eddi, Harvi and previously Hub. They are great if they are working but you need any customer service whatsoever forget about it. Their idea of customer service is a 50-minute wait on a call for customer service and then a progression to an email Q&A with a 3 day turnaround for each trivial question. A phone call would answer questions in minutes but they persist with emails. Absolutely shocking customer service for expensive units. My issue still hasn't been resolved. Not the first time this has happened and I'm not one to write bad reviews but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Fortunately I am not 100% reliant on my car charger but in most cases if you can't charge your car you can't drive.

Wouldn’t even give the one star to this company. Customer service is shocking. Was on hold yesterday for nearly an hour but had to give up. Was on for 35 minutes this morning and was then cut off. Tried ringing again ( on hold now) and was told by automated voice it would be a three minute wait, on now for another 20 minutes.

My only negative was the wait to speak to a human, but it was certainly worth the wait for Fiona. She guided me with assured expertise through the maze of menus on my Zappi, eliminated all my warning flags on my app; achieved this in about 5 minutes with a sense of NI humour thrown in as a bonus. I lost my connection to the eddi and my phone app would not work. I contact support and received technical support from Thomas. Thomas was an outstanding representative for your company. He was knowledgeable, patient and sorted out the problem by guiding me through the process. I would highly recommend Thomas.
Difficult to deal with
I tried to get EV charger installed. I heard they not cheap but still many reviews were good. Anyway, the whole process to get through the filling the online form, responding to emails after several days, uploading videos and pictures almost 4 weeks … I give up. They charge a lot and think you have to do the most of the job. Other companies would help you with or do it themselves with the grant…
