The tech works well, but when it doesn't it's bloody complex to fix. After a 40 minute call with Gary, all back working again thankfully.

Again this logistic is not in any way related to the 3 members who i spoke to
They were Professional clear and easy to understand taking instructions from them over the phone
So i personally satisfied with the Technical support they provided me with and job well done there
So just getting to speak with somebody is the issue

Eddi of Line
I have had an issue with my Eddi being of line for sometime that I tried to resolve with on line assistance, but that never work. So today spoke to Gary and after 10 minutes of great help, back up and running. Moral of the story talk to a human being that knows what they are talking about. Thanks Gary.

After getting an issue resolved I was asked to transfer 450 euro which I did 3 weeks ago. Ever since I was not able to get in touch with myrnergi ireland and I still don't have a charging device. I am in my 70’s and technology has left me behind. When I encountered the issue with the Eddi control panel, I was totally lost, and then Gary entered the equation, and showing extraordinary patience with me, he was able to resolve the issue, so thank you Gary, you are exceptional.

Zappi not working properly and Customer Service don't revert
My Zappi is just over 1 year old and for about 6/7 months now it starts charging my car but then cuts out long before the car is fully charged. I contact Myenergi support on the 10/05 filled in a big long form, then uploaded photos as instructed but no one has bothered to come back to me.

Heroes to Zeroes
We've had our Zappi for over three years. We thought it was great, told everyone to get one etc.
Recently, it started to display an error 2417. It turns out that this is a critical, non-repairable fault. Since the Zappi is out of warranty we now have €900 worth of e-waste stuck to the side of our house and we are charging our car with a 'granny lead.'
Myenergi offered a reconditioned Zappi at a reduced price. Foolishly, in retrospect, I paid for the reconditioned replacement. I paid €419 for the replacement charger and delivery. That was two weeks ago and Myenergi have not even issued me a receipt. Their customer service has become abysmal.
I would appreciate an acknowledgement of payment, and a charger, or a refund.
