I had an issue where my Eddi had…
I had an issue where my Eddi had disconnected with the Harvi and I had lost grid ct. I tried to update to the newest firmware to correct however for some reason the system was running old and new software. I put in a sevice ticket with Mrenergi Ireland and was responded to by Fiona. A afternoon of fixes began even booting into bootlegger to push Eddie to update. Through out I was extremely impressed with the knowledge show and communication and empathy skills demonstrated over the phone and email. The only thing remaining was to get the Solar feed showing on the eddie. Fiona did this remotely and now all fixed. I am truly impressed with the service system and Fiona for the help. 12/10

I had some problem with the online instructions for re-uniting my eddi and my iphone. Clodagh from the support team then phoned me and guided me to the resolution of my problem. I really appreciate her expertise and support.

I had a problem with the My Energi APP and lost all the visual and controls on the APP. Mailed the support and all was sorted and back up and running within 3hrs. Great support from customer service team. This is my 2nd time dealing with my energi this year (last time for mothers home) and both time the issues were fixed very fast.

I upgraded my phone recently and was unable to get my myenergi app to operate. An engineer called Gary helped me get the problem resolved. He was most patient and helpful and it was a very positive experience. I would recommend their technical support team to anyone with an issue.

Eddi noise waking me up!
I recently had solar panels and eddi installed. Panels and battery are great, but the eddi seems to be malfunctioning and making alot of noise at night and wakes us up. I contacted the installer who advised me to contact myenergy. They said theyd have a look and I hoped for the best.
But problem persisted. I feel i was only taken seriously about how much noise and disturbance it causes at night with lights flashing when i sent a video of it to my installer.
They CC'd me in emails to myenergi and said customer support from my energi would call me that day. I was off work that day so idea. But they didnt call, they were 'too busy'
We have spent a week emailing over and back they are 'changing settings', but im still being woke up at night. in fairness to the installer, they are refunding me the cost of it. But i just want hot water and a nights sleep.
This water heater was central to the upgrade im doing to my house. Taking out bath and eclectic shower and installing solar with eddi. But at the moment I have to choose between hot water and sleep. The customer support is just not good enough.

Eddiy / Zappi issued after eddy was replaced
MY installers had called and replaced a fault Eddi device - but afterwards , The Zappi was not getting any surplus diverted. Sent an email to technical support - Fiona responded more or less instantly and setup a call. Walked me through what need to be done and after trying a couple of options - got sorted. Level of technical knowledge, patience and professionalism was second to none. One of the most positive technical support experiences I'v had. Top class service. Dont hesitiate to give them a call if you have any issue.
