Wrong item and still waiting...

This company sent me a media unit when I ordered a console table. They did sort collection fairly quickly (but the courier refused it due to its size before coming out the next day to collect - not necessarily this company’s fault) but I’m still waiting for the correct item - it’s been 3 weeks today.

They have stopped replying on Facebook.

Not good. I won’t be ordering from them again.

EDIT* Received item today in good packaging and item is lovely. Still no response from the customer service team and no tracking provided as promised so lucky I was in.

As we have said repeatedly ,We are very sorry for the supplier delays and completely accept they let us down on this occassion. We did not reply today on facebook as unfortunately we lost alot of our team due to furlough and communication has become difficult too maintain our normally high standards.

We Apologise again for the delay but glad you have the item and hope you will give us a chance again in the future as we have 1000's of very happy customers.

Used my furniture direct in august 2020…

Used my furniture direct in august 2020 and ordered a ry tv unit for my living room. Wasn’t sure what quality was going to be like at the price point but can genuinely say was very pleased with look and build quality and delivery was prompt 5 stars
